Every body is different. The imbalance you’re working around, the way you move, what your training actually needs, none of it is the same as the next person’s. That’s why I never hand out a template. Before I design anything, we talk. This call is where I get to understand you, your history, and what’s really holding you back, so the program I build is built for you and no one else.
What we’ll cover
Where you’re at now, your training history, and your goals
The specific tightness, imbalance, or pain that keeps getting in your way
How I’d build your assessment and program around it
Exactly how the coaching works, what’s included, and the investment
Any questions you have, answered honestly
What happens next
If it’s a fit, I’ll walk you through how we’d start. If you’d like to think it over, that’s completely fine. Either way you’ll leave the call knowing more about your body than when you got on it.
The consultation is $50, credited in full toward your coaching if you decide to start.
01
Movement assessment
You submit video of how you move. That footage is where the coaching starts, it shows where you’re strong, where you’re restricted, and what’s capping your training.
02
Tailored programming
Your program is built from what the assessment shows, matched to your current strength, schedule, and training history. Adjusted as you progress, not on a fixed template.
03
Ongoing feedback
Video technique reviews with written feedback, weekly check-ins, and a monthly 1:1 call keep the work precise, so progress stays steady and your form stays honest.

This is for you if
You train consistently, but keep running into the same limit
You’ve got a nagging imbalance, tightness, or recurring niggle
You want to know why your body does what it does, not just follow a circuit
You’d rather build lasting capacity than chase soreness
Probably not for you if
You want the same generic plan as everyone else
You’re chasing a quick fix over how your body actually works
You’re not ready to film a short assessment to start
BENN
“I went in expecting to get stronger, but I wasn’t prepared for how much my mobility would increase. I’m now more confident in what my body can achieve, and excited for the new freedom, both physical and mental, that Grace has helped me gain.”
ANNA
“She’s helped shape me into someone who feels out of sorts when she doesn’t gym, who busts into handstands at any chance, and who brags about their gym feats. My physical strength has changed, and some of my mental strength too.”
MEL
Can this really work fully remote?
I’ve tried mobility work or physio and it didn’t stick.
I’m carrying an injury or some pain. Is that a problem?
How much time does it take each week?
What equipment do I need?
